On the paradoxical nature of chronic human problems, freedom, and ethics
The Change Agent (TCA) is an online transformational program that teaches a unique paradigm and practical tools to prevent, mitigate and solve chronic problems that resist conventional methods—at home, at work and in the public square.
The TCA Promise
Each participant will experience greater human flourishing — freedom, meaning and growth — personally and/or professionally, to the extent they understand and apply the TCA paradigm during the course.
Each cohort meets once per week for 2-hours (8-weeks) or 1-hour (16-weeks). One new cohort starts each month. By the end of the program, over 95% of graduates confirm that TCA fulfilled its promise.
